Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region is a non-profit agency that helps people living with a mental disorder to live independent lives. We also educate family members and friends of individuals with mental illness about how to best help their loved one.

We provide educational programs for students, workers, and employers about mental health and also raise awareness about mental health issues and the challenges individuals living with mental illness face in society.
